Does it hurt? It seems like the lips would hurt. I had a tattoo on my shoulder done last year. Hurt a lot. But the lips? Do you guys give numbing shots?
There is some discomfort. There is no professional on the field of cosmetic tattoo that would guarantee zero pain as far as I’m concerned. However, it should be fairly comfortable if the proper pain management was implemented. Some clients report little to no pain. If a client is highly sensitive, applying more anesthetic is called for.
I got my permanent lip makeup done twice. Once it hurt but the second time I went to a place that numbed me and I could hardly feel anything. It depends on where you go. Go to a place that uses good numbing. It’s worth the cost. Permanent makeup hurts but the lips ate the worst. It was a cake walk my second time. If you go to a good place they will numb you.
